Frank turned up at #Gatesheadstadium to meet what he believed to be a 14 year old girl (13 when the chat started) for sex and sexual activity, Frank also send incident images and pornographic videos to the decoy.
He made a run for it and gave it legs, we chased him for a good mile and with the help of local security guards we tracked his movements around town and caught up with him just as a police car was passing which stoped and took over.
Frank has now been arrested and is in police custody, we will update as we find out.
