Shanon Anderson, age 24 from Seaham will appear at Durham Crown Court on Wednesday the 5th of January 2022 for a trial that will last approximately 2 days.
Shanon is acused of FOUR counts of sexual activity with a child, TWO of which she is said to have kissed the BOY, and TWO said to have involved FULL penetrative sex on AT LEAST 11 different occasions.
Shanon met the 13 year old boy while she was living with her auntie NEXT DOOR to where the child lived.
The offences allegedly happened around 2018 and came to light when the child’s mother found messages on the boys phone stating they “can’t wait to sleep together AGAIN” along with other things.
The police were called and Shanon was arrested and bailed.
There was a trial set for June this year however for one reason or another it has Been rescheduled for the 5th of January 2022.

On the 6th of January, Shanon Anderson, age 24, Seaham, appeared at Durham Crown Court where she Pleaded GUILTY to sexual activity with a child.
Shanon was released on bail until she is sentenced on the 11th of March this year.
