A SICK pervert who downloaded life-like animation of children being sexually abused has been jailed.
Steven McLone also had a video of a woman carrying out a sex act with a dog stored on his computer system when police raided his home.
The 31-year-old was found with the illegal material on his PC after his internet service provider contacted the police to report that his IP address was being used to access child abuse images.
Teesside Crown Court heard how the convicted sex offender had been given a community order for the sexual assault of a girl who was under the age of 13, and another sexual assault of an underage girl back in 2018.
Christopher Bevan, prosecuting, said the defendant’s home was searched in October last year and specially trained officers recovered a number of illegal images and one of the files he had downloaded was entitled, “My baby girls” and another with an ‘extreme’ sexual description of a two-year-old.
He told the court that the search located one class B image of a child; five class C images of children; 47 prohibited images of children; and a video of a woman sexually abusing a dog.
Mr Bevan added: “He did say to officers when he was arrested – ‘I do think I know what you are talking about. I was trying to download films when I opened it. I saw what it was and felt sick so I deleted it straightaway’.”
McLone, of Parrington Place, Lazenby, near Middlesbrough, pleaded guilty to two counts of making indecent images of a child, possession of prohibited images of a child, and possession of an extreme pornographic image portraying sex with an animal.
Shaun Dryden, in mitigation, told the court that his client is autistic and ‘immature’ for his age but reminded the judge that there was not a ‘substantial amount’ of indecent images.
He added: “He accepts he knew what he was doing was wrong by virtue of his guilty plea.”
Judge Howard Crowson locked McLone up for a total of ten months.
He said: “I find it rather difficult to accept the proposition that anything on your computer was accidentally downloaded and I really struggle with the idea that you found no sexual arousal by these images.
“Your previous convictions show you are aroused by young females and you admit that the computer generated images of underage you females are arousing.”
McLone was made subject to sex offender notifications for ten years.

Steven McLone, who was described as “odd”, attacked her while taking photographs on his phone.
He also sexually abused another girl in a separate attack and travelled to “the moors” and threatened to kill himself after his crimes came to light.
McLone appeared at Teesside Crown Court on Monday but avoided jail after it was said prison would put his rehabilitation “at risk”.
Jonathan Walker, prosecuting, said one of the crimes was committed in 2016 when he sexually assaulted the girl who was terrified by the incident.
Mr Walker added that “intimate images” of the victim were discovered on his phone by police, some of which were taken the time of the sexual assault.
“He took pictures while he tried to undress her”, he said.
“The victim was extremely upset over his activities and immediately reported him.”
The court heard that the 27-year-old had also sexually assaulted another youngster in “similar circumstances”.
In a statement, one of the victims said his actions has “had an impact on school” and she has “started hearing voices”.
McLone pleaded guilty to two sexual assaults.
Judge Sean Morris told McLone: “You have always been regarded by others as odd.
“This is not an easy case to decide. But rehabilitation would be at risk if you were sent to prison.
“It would be more constructive to impose a community order.”
McLone, from Lazenby, was given a three-year community order and ordered to undertake 25 rehabilitation days.
He was also made subject to a sexual harm prevention order and put on the sex offenders register
